Q: What is your processing time?
Because they are handmade please see the latest processing time update on each item and note the turnaround is excluding postage time. Each item made at Lovebee is created by hand from start to finish. We take extreme pride on every item to insure you get not only a unique item, but it's the very best.

Q: How do your leggings and rompers fit?
Our leggings come in two styles a harem fit style and slim fit. The harem have room for cloth and standard nappies with lots of movement. Our slim fit leggings start at ages 2 years + these are more suited for children potty trained so not as much room for nappy.
Our rompers are a good fit they have lots of room to grow and again they are perfect for cloth nappies. footed rompers are slimmer please size up for cloth.

Q: Will my LoveBee items look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly each one is unique! our pieces are cut and sewn individually. And it is not always possible to exactly replicate a piece due to minor pattern variations and the size of items. Computers screen will all show a different colour, Flat lays are always taken in natural light no edit, Lifestyle photos are edited.
Q: How do I wash LoveBee items?
We recommend Machine handwash cold on a gentle/delicate setting, using phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry will shrink the items, Air dry is best. Due to the water based eco friendly inks there can be some slight fading if care instructions aren't followed.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges
Every item at Lovebee is handmade to order with your customisable options so unfortunately we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. We are very understanding and always email if we are able to offer something we always will. With anything faulty we offer to fix your item at our full expense and post back with priority or a perfect replacement.
All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition with exemptions to faulty items (marks not included). Postage is not covered to return this is the responsibility of the customer and all proof must be kept.
