Handmade turnaround is still 4-6 weeks, but as we get closer to Christmas and we are still guaranteed a delivery, it will get less.
When you order without handmade to order items, your order will be posted within 1-2 working days.

This is what we do. It’s the beauty of a handmade brand: we’re making this item just for you, fully customisable. We won’t be out of stock of sizes because it’s made from our rolls. This is our handmade turnaround time: any order with a handmade for you item will be time advised above.

Ready To Post
Ready to post is items we have made ahead of time for you this could be our sample sizes, a customers change of size order or end of rolls we have made into stock. These can be limited and end of roll prints.
Ready to post is clearly labelled READY TO POST next to title and above the add to cart. We are a handmade brand so 90% of our website is made to order.
If you order a Handmade to order and a ready to post item the order will be sent when the final item is ready which will be the made to order turnaround time.
Ordering prints from the made to order and in stock in one order won't guarentee the prints will match 100% as it's two seperate rolls of fabric and can differ. Only orders with matching made to order will be guarenteed to match.
Ready To Post Brand
We proudly stock some amazing brands we call Lovebeeloves brands like Condor, Slipfree, and Liewood. If you order these brands with ready-to-post brands or Lovebee, they will be sent in 1-2 working days.

Stocked Handmade Item
Items we hand make but finish in bulk like swaddles, dribble bibs, Lovies and breast pads these are made and in stock to be posted in 3-5 working days instead of the longer turnaround. labelled stocked handmade item.

The new US postage rules now state: "US order are to be shipped and delivered duty paid (DDP), meaning all import and duties and taxes are included at checkout price. No extra feed on delivery. This is new so please bare with us if we have any problems and checkout doesn't charge we will email with cost but should be correct.
Please note postage time is not included in the turnaround. Any customs fees, strike delays, taxes and customs delays are not the responsibility of Lovebeebabyltd. Please check turnaround before ordering with the turnaround + postage.

**Important**
Once order is made we cannot add any other items to it in order to ensure we promise our turnaround. We have to process orders in a set way and adding/changing is creating an issue. Any changes to address must be done via email and not social media.
Parcels are sent Tracked 48hr or guaranteed next day depending on value. If you have not received within 7 working days please email and we can track for you and provide proof of delivery or update.
An ongoing issue is Royal Mail not leaving attempted delivery notes we will always ask if you can contact your local depo. If a parcel is sent back to the LoveBee PO Box because it’s not been collected then we will need another amount of postage (postage not packaging) before we can return, no refund will be issued. If you are not happy for item to be sent again we will refund order minus cost of postage.
We are sorry we cannot hold any responsibility for parcels not collected. A refund or a new item will of course be sent if the parcel is lost and adequate time has been given for delivery.
We are very Human at LoveBee and although we make all the steps to make no mistakes they can happen. If we did send a wrong item we will cover postage tor item to be returned to us before correct one is sent.
When we receive the incorrect item the box must be clearly labelled with order number and name. If you cannot provide proof of postage and parcel is lost we will be unable to send correct order and you will only be refunded the price difference if any. As a small business we don’t have the ability like big brands to cover such loses over mistakes a proof of postage is needed and we will resolve it swiftly.
We have had an increase in incorrect addresses entered on orders either a digit or postcode. Unfortunately we can no longer cover the cost of these an incorrect address cannot be claimed as a loss by Royal Mail and we have been covering these financially. You can change and correct your address up to the day we send.
Any remakes will be sent to the original address.
